Rice

1/2 cup long grain rice
1/4 stick butter
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste

melt butter, add rice
raise heat stir rice with wooden spoon until rice reaches a warm dark beige color

Lower heat add 1 cup hot water with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil – cover pot and lower heat to medium.  Cook for 15 min.  Check it rice is done.  Serve.  If not heat till all liquid is absorbed.
