Rice Pudding

5 eggs
1/2 gallon whole milk – 2 quarts
1/4 cup rice
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon

Put rice, milk, sugar and cook until rice comes to boil and rises to top.

Then beat eggs with wisk

Take off stove

Add slowly hot milk to eggs – so it won’t curdle

Add back to stove until it boils only a little and then add vanilla
